Sinopsis
Estamos en el Año Universal 0153. En las colonias espaciales situadas en el Lado 2, el Imperio Zanscare ha llegado al poder y lo mantiene mediante el uso indiscriminado de la guillotina. Con sus fuerzas invadiendo la Tierra y sus flotas espaciales preparándose para someter a los demás Sides, el Imperio Zanscare no tiene nada que temer de la debilitada Federación Terrestre. Solo se le opone la Liga Militar, cuyos trajes móviles de última generación y jóvenes pilotos constituyen el único movimiento de resistencia real. Ahora, Uso Ewin, de trece años, se ha visto arrastrado a la guerra por una batalla cerca de su hogar en Europa del Este. Como piloto Newtype del Victory Gundam, lucha no solo para derrotar al Imperio Zanscare, sino también para descubrir qué ha sido de sus padres, quienes lo dejaron atrás cuando se marcharon al espacio.
